Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements between NM Audio Branding and each client.

2. Intellectual Property and Licensing

NM Audio Branding retains full copyright ownership of all audio assets produced under its services. Clients are granted a license to use these assets subject to the terms of their individual service agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any audio asset outside the scope of the license is prohibited.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website in any way that breaches applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, or disrupts the website's functionality.

4. SMS and Text Messaging

NM Audio Branding uses SMS messaging solely for internal business notifications sent from our own business systems (including scheduling software, customer relationship management tools, and automated webhooks) to the verified phone number of the business owner. These messages are operational alerts triggered by business events such as appointment bookings, email replies, and system notifications.

Messages are delivered only to the verified account holder of NM Audio Branding. No third parties, customers, or prospects receive SMS messages through this system.

Message frequency varies based on business activity. NM Audio Branding does not sell, share, or transfer SMS opt-in data or phone numbers to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms for services are set out in individual service agreements. Deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except as explicitly stated in the applicable service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

NM Audio Branding treats all client information, brand materials, and business details shared during the course of an engagement as confidential. Likewise, clients agree to keep proprietary production methods, internal processes, and pricing information confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NM Audio Branding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.

Our website and business operations may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors, scheduling platforms, and communication tools). NM Audio Branding is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these third-party services.
